Return Policy

What is the Return Policy? 

We accept returns for a full refund on all full priced items or exchange in the form of a store credit for discounted items within 30 days from the date you received your order.

 

We only ask that the following requirements are met:

  • Item/s must be in original condition with returns tag remaining in place.
  • Item/s must not have been worn, have odor, washed or altered in any way.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that appear to have any sign of wear or do not meet above requirements. Refunds will be issued excluding the original shipping and return label cost. The shipping cost incurred for returning item/s to Valerie Canvas for an exchange or refund are not covered nor reimbursed by us. 

 

To Initiate a return:

Simply email us at sales@valeriecanvas.com using the e-mail address used to place your order. Once the items have been received, you will either receive your new item (for exchanges) or full refund (item price excluding original shipping cost). Valerie Canvas cannot be held liable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a registered post service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.

  

Whilst we hope this never happens, if you do receive damaged item, or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately at sales@valeriecanvas.com
